Our Cross Avenue development is named Alta Verde meaning tall and green in recognition of its wonderful sylvan setting🌿

The site presents a unique range of mature trees which strongly influenced and inspired the design concept and principals of the development.

The three residential buildings that make up Alta Verde emerge from the trees that surround the site, each distinct in charter with varying design and exoskeleton detail, creating a wonderfully unique feel and character to each.
