Phase 1

• Snagging has begun, with the first batch of apartments presented to the design team.

• Scaffold removal and balcony installations are ongoing in the courtyard and east elevation.

• Courtyard works have commenced, with waterproofing underway ahead of landscaping.

Phase 1B

• In Block L, the Level 18 roof slab was poured at the end of February, marking a key milestone.

• Lift core overrun and parapet upstands are scheduled for completion this week.

• Doka formwork shroud dismantling is set to begin soon, with an expected duration of approximately one week.
